Step 4: Limit consumption of salt and sugar
Begin to limit foods that contain high salt and sugar. This is to prevent diseases and maintain your weight. Both of these materials can be replaced with spices. To avoid diabetes, sugar intake should be only a teaspoon of real sugar every day.
