| Symptoms of Kidney Disease |
Of all types of kidney disease, there are two types of kidney disease are well known and have a relatively high number of patients that kidney stones and kidney failure.
Kidney Stones
A kidney stone is a case where there is excessive deposition of substances in the urinary tract or kidneys in increasingly large and loud rock serperti to impede the flow of urine.
Symptoms of kidney stone disease are :
- Pain. On the back between the ribs and hip bones spread to the abdomen, genitals, and inner thigh area. Starting from cramps which then progressed to severe pain. Can last for several hours with pain and uncomfortable in turn.
- Nausea. Nausea, chills, vomiting, fever.
- Changes in the amount and frequency of urination. Incomplete urination causing more frequent urination. Often feel the urge to urinate but when it comes to the bathroom was not able to urinate.
- Difficulty urinating and changes in the urine. Pain in the lower abdomen or upper genital during urination. Cloudy urine, smells more pungent.
- Stomach bulge.
- Blood in the urine. Kidney stones hurt the urinary tract to bleed. If you arrive at this stage means you have severe kidney stone disease.
Kidney Failure
Kidney disease are fever situation in kidney function has decreased to not function at all. Renal failure can be divided into 2 acute renal failure ( happens quickly or sudden ) and chronic renal failure ( occurring in long periods of time and have a serious effect in the long run ).
Symptoms of acute renal failure :
- Reduced or no urine is formed.
- Swelling. If renal function is to dispose of waste and excess fluid in the body is damaged, the body stores too much water will cause swelling to the leg, foot, ankle.
- Changes in mood, feeling confused.
- Extreme fatigue and shortness of breath. The kidneys produce a hormone that helps the formation of red blood cells that carries oxygen. This makes the oxygen delivered to the cells in the body decreases, causing fatigue and extreme weak. Lack of oxygen will also cause shortness of breath.
- Seizures, even coma.
- Urine reddish because of the blood, changes in the frequency of urination.
- Nausea, pain, fever
Symptoms of chronic renal failure :
- Urine is reduced
- Nausea, vomiting, fever, extreme fatigue and weakness, loss of appetite, mental decline.
- Muscles become tense, swelling in the legs, face
- Face pale or anemic. Because kidney damage, oxygen carried to the brain and cause a headache or cause loss of concentration.
- Disorders of the skin and itching. Toxins that should be disposed of through the kidneys accumulate in the body, causing itching and cause a skin rash.
- High blood pressure rising, Hb drops.
Not infrequently chronic kidney disease symptoms do not occur as described above. It makes iniah kidney disease can sometimes be dangerous because it is not detected and can only be known through laboratory tests.
