Meanwhile, the results showed that the average female BMI dropped from 32.1 to 29.2-though still in the obese BMI classification-after healthy diet for six months. Not only that, their weight was also decreased, from 85 to 77 pounds. The good news, after a decrease in body weight, patterns of brain activity increases.

Brain activity changes after weight loss show that the brain became more active in storing recent memory. So it just takes a little more brain resources to collect the information that are stored.
